Rev. Courtney Anne Henry
Admissions Counselor

Courtney Anne Henry is the Admissions Counselor for McAfee School of Theology. She earned both her M.Div. and MAPT from Columbia Theological Seminary in 2024 and two B.A.s in Sociology and Liberal Studies from Georgia College & State University in 2020. After seminary, Courtney went on to complete a chaplaincy residency at Children’s Healthcare of Atlanta in the Pediatric Intensive Care Unit and Transplant Stepdown Unit. Courtney is ordained in the Presbyterian Church (USA) and is a member of the Presbytery of Greater Atlanta. Courtney is passionate about experiencing how people connect to one another in society and make meaning in their everyday, ordinary lives through spirituality, creativity, and play.
Outside of McAfee, Courtney serves as the Communications Associate and Youth Director at Oglethorpe Presbyterian Church. She is a child of Atlanta and grew up here cheering on the Georgia Tech Yellow Jackets, eating Fellini’s Pizza, and always wishing for a little snow that likely was not going to happen. She is an avid reader, enjoys slow Saturday mornings at local coffee shops, loves the mountains of Montreat, North Carolina, and always is searching for the perfect fabric for her next sewing project.
