This Certificate program is open to individuals without a master’s degree, as well as to individuals who wish to pursue it as a post-master’s certificate.

This certificate is designed for individuals who recognize the need to address theological responses to trauma within various ministry contexts. Courses are available in a variety of disciplines and examine individual and communal traumas from historical, cultural, theological, pastoral, and/or clinical perspectives. Students who participate in this certificate program will better prepare themselves to minister in response to trauma. This certificate is open to individuals who have earned a Master of Divinity or other master’s degree in theology.
